Author's note
This first attempt at font creation was born out of my frustration at not being able to find a font resembling Abe Lincoln's handwriting. ALincolnFont is based on a manuscript copy of the Gettysburg Address, written in Lincoln's own hand, archived at the Library of Congress. Below is an example of ALincolnFont under the White House letterhead.
