Author's note

Pyxxl font, from designer Craig Bryant, combines bold pixelated lettering with thick strokes and block-like configuration. This expanded bitmap typeface was designed for nostalgia, evoking feelings of early video games such as PAC-MAN and Space Invaders. Being slightly futuristic with a unique digital geometry allows this sublime modern retro font to achieve its intended goal.

Where can you use Pyxxl? Video game covers are an obvious option. All overwatch design can combine it with illustration to make exceptional projects that excite the audience. Other usages include music album covers, apparel design (jerseys), book covers, logos & branding, comics, stickers, posters and business cards among others.
